The ultimate breakfast dream has come true...Tiffany & Co. is now serving Breakfast at Tiffany's after the beloved Aubrey Hepburn film from 1961. If you think getting a little blue box on a special occasion is fun, try being in a cafe where everything is that magical blue and white. It's truly a dream.
Here's the run-down on our magical experience at the Tiffany & Co. Blue Box Cafe:
Getting a Reservation
That's the tricky part. Reservations open 30 days in advance and you typically have to make them at 12 a.m. It requires true dedication, but it's totally worth snagging a spot! Reserve here.
Before Breakfast at Tiffany
The Blue Box Cafe is located in the Tiffany flagship store on 5th Avenue. The building is gorgeous to say the least. Maybe it's the dark wood and classic Tiffany blue marble walls. The building practically sparkles from all the diamonds. You'll be welcomed by a smiling elevator attendant who will direct you to any of the floors you want to browse. I recommend getting there about 30-45 minutes early to give you time to browse all the floors. They have an incredible assortment of jewelry, home goods, and accessories. I had my eye on a 22 carat diamond ring worth $60 million...I'll be saving for a while!
Breakfast at Tiffany
The time we've all been waiting for....The Blue Box Cafe is tucked in the corner of the 4th floor and you're immediately welcomed by a sea of Tiffany blue and white. The menu is prix fix (breakfast, lunch, and tea). We all ordered one of each so I can attest they're all delicious! My Mom had one of the refresher drinks and she said it was so good that she wanted three more! If you have room left at the end of your meal, order the celebration cake...a blue box cake that's perfect for four people. It's super picturesque. Pictures will do this experience more justice, so enjoy!
